Sujaan Solutions builds AI systems, websites and content engines for companies across Pakistan, and is building a bench of freelancers who actually ship. Remote, project-based work; scope and rate agreed in writing first. Applications are open to people based in Pakistan.

- **Voice AI / Conversation Design** — Call flows, prompt design, telephony integration, transcript handling. (Build & Foundations · Sales & Support)
- **Full-stack Web Developer** — React, Next.js, TypeScript, APIs. Production builds, not prototypes. (Build & Foundations)
- **WordPress / CMS Developer** — Theme and plugin work, migrations, performance cleanups. (Build & Foundations)
- **Mobile Developer** — Flutter or React Native, through to store release. (Build & Foundations)
- **UI / UX Designer** — Product and marketing interfaces, design systems, Figma to handoff. (All service lines)

2. **Screening** — We review the work itself, not the CV formatting. If you're not shortlisted, we'll let you know. You won't receive a task.
3. **Paid test task (shortlisted applicants only)** — A small paid task close to real work, so we both find out quickly.
4. **Onboard** — Agreement, rate and scope in writing before anything starts.
5. **Bench** — You go on the bench and we come to you as briefs land in your discipline.

### Will I get a paid task after applying?

No. Applying does not guarantee a task. Sujaan Solutions offers the paid test task only to applicants who pass screening. If you're not shortlisted, we'll let you know, and you won't receive a task.

### Can I request a test task directly?

No. Sujaan Solutions doesn't send test or assessment tasks on request, and doesn't pay for applications or unsolicited work. The only route to the paid test task is to apply and be shortlisted at screening.

### How long does screening take?

Sujaan Solutions reviews the work itself rather than the CV formatting, so give us a few days. You hear back either way, whether or not you are shortlisted.

### Can I use AI to apply?

Yes. AI-assisted applications are fine, but portfolio links must be your own real work.
